PUBG is coming back! Good news about ID of game players

As per tech website Business Insider, PUBG has chosen Microsoft's cloud service Azure to store the data of Indian users. PUBG's parent company Krafton has joined hands with Microsoft for this new project. 

In line with the Government of India's rules on data privacy and security, the setup is being prepared in a way that users' data is kept in the country itself.  To play PUBG this time, the user will have to go through a new verification process. This process is a part of the company's efforts to protect the data of Indian users.




"PUBG Corporation has announced it is preparing to launch a new game called PUBG Mobile India that has been "created specifically for the Indian market." The new game will maximize data security for its players and adhere to the local regulations, the announcement said. PUBG Corporation states there will be regular audits and verifications on the storage systems that store the personal information of Indian users in order to make sure that the data is kept safe."

And as a additional update pub corporation also said that "All the user data will be migrated to the new Indian servers and will be stored locally (except for those who account got baned for 1-10 years for cheating)"
