  Samsung rumored  to be working on Galaxy Z Flip Lite with UTG Samsung has released 3 foldable devices till date (4 if you count the two versions of the original Galaxy Fold) and it certainly does not like they are giving up on this  form factor anytime soon. All three smartphones were definitely on the ultra-luxury budget segment, with the latest Galaxy Z Fold 2 priced at a whopping Rs. 1,49,999 in India. However, this may change soon as Samsung is reportedly working on a Galaxy Z Flip Lite that should be much cheaper. The Galaxy Z Flip Lite is likely in development and will use the same UTG (Ultra thin glass) technology that Samsung used in the Galaxy Z Fold 2. Samsung is looking into ways to reduce the cost of manufacturing UTG, which suggests that Samsung has decided that UTG will be the way forward for their foldable devices. OnePlus Nord N100 confirmed to feature 90Hz refresh rate display OnePlus announced the Nord N100 smartphone along with the N10 5G last month for UK, Europe and US markets. At the launch the company said that the Nord N100 has a 6.52-inch HD+ 60Hz screen, now the retail unit reveals that the phone actually has a 90Hz refresh rate screen.   iGear Ensemble 20W TWS portable soundbar launched for Rs. 1499 iGear, a gadgets smartphone accessories brand based in India, has announced the launch of their new truly wireless portable soundbar called the Ensemble. It is a multi-function battery-powered soundbar that features a built-in subwoofer, 20W of power and more. The iGear Ensemble is made out recycled wood, which provides for a better audio performance when compared to traditional ABS plastic housings. It has a power output of 20W, which is split between four front-facing full-range speakers of 5W each, along with an in-built subwoofer for high bass output. Apple Reduces App Store Commission to 15 Percent for ‘Vast Majority’ of Developers The new change will come into force through the App Store Small Business Programme starting January 1, 2021.   Apple on Wednesday announced a new developer programme under which it has reduced the App Store commission rate to 15 percent — half of the standard 30 percent cut that it takes on paid apps and in-app purchases. The new initiative, called App Store Small Business Programme, is open for developers who earn up to $1 million (roughly Rs. 7.41 crores) in annual sales per year from all their apps. Apple says that its latest move will benefit a “vast majority” of developers. However, the number of developers coming under the eligibility criteria of the new programme has not yet been revealed.
